After you submit your information and request a consult we will start with an in-person meeting to discuss your goals in location, style of home, price and your timeline for buying a home.

Pre-approved
Next step if not done already is to get pre-approved by a mortgage lender. I have awesome lenders I can refer to you if you do not have one. Getting pre-approved will establish the amount of home you can afford which is very important to set realistic goals.

From here I will build your personalized home search plan and set you up on a personalized website that connects directly to the MLS. You will be notified by email of any COMING SOON and ACTIVE listings on the market based on your preferred criteria. You can send me your favorite homes and request showings with me. This is an awesome resource | provide to all my clients.
Prior to writing any offers, I'll arrange a Zoom call to go over the Residential Purchase
Agreement (RPA) with you. It's crucial for you to understand the contracts before we proceed with our initial offer.
As properties become available on the market, we'll maintain continuous communication either through phone calls, text or your
personalized website.
Once your offer has been accepted, escrow is opened. I'll be there to walk you through all the details, from setting up inspections to
contingency periods. Connecting you with trusted partners will also be of priority to ensure a smooth transaction. Once the escrow period is over, we'll be notified that you are clear to close. This means it's time
to get your KEYS!! Congratulations!
